In between each ruffle is 3 navy bows and a 4th one on the crown. Attached at the crown and on the sides is a thick navy blue netting that falls to the back. Interior is finished with a thin ivory fabric along with the standard petersham ribbon. There is an elastic placement band attached. Label is the New York Creations along
